These terms and conditions govern the use of the RaraWin platform, including the casino, live dealer section and sportsbook. By registering an account, a player agrees to the rules set out below. Where a specific promotion carries its own terms, those rules sit alongside, not instead of, this general agreement.
1. Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher.
- Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address and payment method.
- Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited may not register an account.
- RaraWin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, not only before a first withdrawal.
2. Account Registration and Security
A player is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. RaraWin will never ask for a full password over live chat, email or phone. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support immediately so the account can be temporarily locked while the matter is investigated.
Account details, including name, date of birth and address, must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.

RaraWin may request identity and payment verification (KYC) before releasing a withdrawal. Delays caused by incomplete or unclear documentation are not the responsibility of RaraWin. Winnings may be voided if a deposit is later reversed, disputed or found to be fraudulent.
4. Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus matches 200% of a first qualifying deposit up to €2000, subject to a minimum deposit of €20.
- A 40x wagering requirement applies to the combined bonus and deposit amount before withdrawal.
- Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering; table games, video poker and live dealer titles contribute 10%.
- Maximum bet during active bonus wagering is €5 per spin or hand; larger stakes may void the remaining bonus.
- Bonus funds and related winnings expire 30 days after crediting if wagering is not completed.
- Only one bonus may be active per player at any time; a new bonus cannot be claimed while another is in progress.
- RaraWin reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where abuse, collusion or a breach of these terms is suspected.
5. Responsible Gaming
RaraWin provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, temporary cool-off periods and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are final for the selected duration and cannot be reversed early by contacting support. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact Gamblers Anonymous or a similar independent organisation for confidential support.
6. Game Rules and Fairness
All games use certified random number generators audited by an independent testing laboratory, and return-to-player percentages are published for each title where available. In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection or display error during a round, the game outcome as recorded on RaraWin’s servers is considered final, and any resulting dispute will be resolved with reference to the game provider’s official round history.
7. Sportsbook Rules
- All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled except through an available cash-out feature.
- Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed; a displayed odd is not guaranteed if it changes before confirmation completes.
- Settlement follows the official result from the relevant sporting body; abandoned, postponed or void matches are settled per the specific market rules shown at the time of the bet.
- RaraWin reserves the right to void bets placed after a match has effectively finished due to a pricing or system error.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Use of bots, scripts, colluding accounts, or any method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, is treated as a breach of these terms.
9. Account Closure and Suspension
RaraWin may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where required by a relevant regulator. Any legitimately earned balance not connected to the breach will be returned to the player, less any applicable fees or legal deductions.
10. Changes to These Terms
RaraWin may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, payment processing or game offerings. Continued use of the account after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting active bonus terms will not apply retroactively to a bonus already in progress.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which RaraWin’s gaming licence is issued. Any dispute not resolved through customer support may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service where available under that licence.
